2.3 Fraud
Using a temporary email address to impersonate another individual, misrepresent your identity for financial gain, or bypass identity verification systems intended to prevent fraudulent account creation.
2.4 Abuse of Third-Party Platforms
Using temporary addresses to create fake accounts en masse for the purpose of manipulating reviews, ratings, votes, contests, or promotional offers on third-party platforms.
2.5 Automation & Bots
Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to generate large volumes of temporary email addresses in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure or is intended to abuse rate-limited third-party systems.
2.6 Rate Limits
We reserve the right to impose reasonable rate limits on address generation and inbox refresh requests to maintain service stability for all users. Attempting to circumvent these limits through technical means is prohibited.
3. No Account Ownership
Temporary email addresses generated through e-Tempmail are not owned by, reserved for, or guaranteed to any individual user. Addresses are assigned on a temporary, session-based basis and may be reassigned, expired, or deleted at any time without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on e-Tempmail, including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, and underlying code, is the property of e-Tempmail or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
e-Tempmail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any email will be received, delivered, or retained for a specific duration.
- The service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- Any errors in the service will be corrected.
You use e-Tempmail entirely at your own risk. We recommend that you do not rely on this service for any critical, sensitive, or time-dependent communications.
6. No Warranty for Data Loss
Because temporary email addresses and their associated messages are automatically deleted after expiration, e-Tempmail is not responsible for any loss of messages, attachments, verification codes, or other content resulting from expiration, technical error, or service interruption.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep e-Tempmail available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party infrastructure problems, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e-Tempmail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from missed verification emails, lost account access due to address expiration, or reliance on the service for purposes it was not designed for, such as long-term or sensitive communications.
9. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our website may display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, terms, or privacy policies of any third-party service or website linked to or advertised on e-Tempmail.
10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to e-Tempmail, without prior notice, for any user or IP address found to be engaging in prohibited activities described in Section 2, or for any other reason we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the service or its users.
